The Recruitment Process at the Maspex Wadowice Group is made up of several stages.
- selecting the best CVs,
- inviting the chosen candidates to recruitment meetings in the form of interviews and/or an assessment centre session,
- a meeting with the manager of a given department,
- the final decision.

Candidates who decide to apply to the Maspex Wadowcie Group can rest assured that mutual respect, trust and the protection of personal privacy are maintained throughout the recruitment process.

One of the most commonly used recruitment methods used in the Maspex Wadowice Group is to invite candidates to participate in an assessment centre session. Tasks are prepared specifically for each session focusing on the skills required for a particular position in our company. We do our best to find out how a candidate would function as part of a group, how they would go about solving problems, how the working atmosphere would effect their efficiency, how many of the tasks that they would meet during their work would reflect their interests, needs and abilities. At the Maspex Wadowice Group, we have been using assessment centres as a recruitment method for several years. The continual level of success that we experience using this method confirms our belief that it is the best recruitment tool for our company.
